CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING

By booking an appointment at Isla Grace you agree to our cancelation policy. You can cancel or reschedule your booking as many times as you need up to 48 hours before the appointment. This can be done via the book now button where your appointment was made. However, if a booking is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment, our cancelation policy applies. This is a $50/per hour fee. This amount must be paid and is an agreement made upon booking your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to adjust your appointments so you can avoid this fee. If you do not turn up to your appointment a “no show” fee of 100% of the cost will apply. Cancelling your booking within 3 hours comes under the “no show” policy.

NO SHOWS

If you fail to contact us to cancel an appointment and decide not to turn up on the day, a fee of 100% of the booking will be charged. You will also be refused the chance to rebook at Isla Grace unless you contact us and the no show fee is paid.

RUNNING LATE

If you are running late, we kindly ask that you contact us and let us know. As we run on a back to back basis, running late may cause your appointment time to be shortened, or rescheduled if there isn’t enough time to complete the service. If we have to reschedule due to the lateness a no show fee of 100% of the booking will be charged.

BOOKING AGREEMENT

When you make an appointment for a service, this is the service you will undergo & be charged for on the day. If you come to your booking & decide you no longer want a portion of the booking or the whole treatment done, it is counted as a "NO SHOW" please be mindful we are setting aside a specific amount of time for your individual appointment & as we are appointment only we can not fill the gap if you just change your mind, this ends up wasting our time. When you book at ISLA GRACE BEAUTY STUDIO you are agreeing to our policies entirely, please take the time to familiarise yourself with them before booking, we really appreciate it.
