With over 13 years in the beauty industry, Isla Grace is built on one core belief: You deserve better than average beauty treatments.

The woman behind the brand

Because you're not just booking a service, you're booking a person.

Isla is:

  • A mum to two beautiful boys (2 & 3)
  • A Pilates princess (reformer 3x a week is a non negotiable for her)
  • A proud cat mum of three cats
  • Originally from England (moved to Aus in 2002)
  • A total chatterbox who genuinely loves catching up with her clients
  • Getting married this October after 14 years with her partner

She didn't just learn brows and lashes, she built her foundation where most artists don't. Spending the early years of her career working full time in advanced skin clinics, Isla developed a deep understanding of skin health, structure, and treatment outcomes, the kind of knowledge that changes everything when it comes to results.

Which means when you sit in her chair, you're not getting surface level work, you're getting hands on expert with a true expert, someone who knows how your skin behaves, how your features balance, and how to create results that actually last long term, not just look good for a day.

Since then, Isla has continued to evolve her craft through advanced training in cosmetic tattooing, skin therapies, and the latest brow and lash techniques. She's committed to always staying ahead and never settling into "standard."

Because for her, this isn't just a job, It's something she genuinely cares about on a deeper level and you can feel that the moment you walk in.

She opened her studio doors in 2022 with a clear vision, to create a space where women feel looked after, understood, and completely obsessed with their results.

And now? That vision has become one of Perth's most trusted beauty destinations.

Charlotte is our quiet overachiever, she joined as a junior and has quickly grown into a highly skilled therapist delivering results well above industry standard. She's gentle, precise and genuinely invested in every client she treats. Every set of brows, every lift, every treatment is done with intention, skill and a standard that doesn't slip. Charlotte is a korean lash lift queen, they never disappoint!!

Lash & Brow Artist
Natalie is our Scottish, perfection obsessed brow & lash queen! Known for her laugh entering the room before she does, she brings warmth humour and precision to every appointment. She’s a mum of 3, a cancer, loves a to do list and living in a home that looks like no one lives in it. She also has a bachelor degree in mental health & nursing, so basically free therapy at your brow & lash app!!
