For the best results, a little prep goes a long way. Following the below ensures your brows and lashes heal beautifully, hold colour evenly, and last as long as possible.

PRE APPOINTMENT CARE

Brows (Lamination, Dye & Design)

  • Exfoliate the brow area 48 hours prior using a physical (granular) exfoliant
  • Keep the skin and brow hair hydrated + moisturised in the days leading up

This helps achieve a smooth, even skin stain and prevents patchiness.

  • Avoid active skincare for 5–7 days prior, including:
  • Retinol / Vitamin A
  • AHA’s & BHA’s
  • Skin peels or resurfacing treatments

These can increase sensitivity and the risk of skin lifting.

  • Please let us know about any medication changes, including:
  • Antibiotics
  • Acne medications (topical or oral)

These can affect how your skin responds to treatment.

Lash Lifts

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes
  • No lash extensions — your appointment cannot go ahead if they are present
  • If you have sensitive or watery eyes, we recommend avoiding caffeine before your appointment for a more comfortable experience

Before You Arrive

Come to your appointment ready to relax ✨ Allow plenty of time to park & fill out your consultation - we recommend arriving 5 mins prior to your appointment time so everything runs smoothly.

We will guide you on the right aftercare products to keep your results looking their best.

Your results don’t stop when you leave the salon — how you care for your brows and lashes at home will directly impact how long they last and how they look.

POST APPOINTMENT CARE

Brows (Lamination, Dye & Design)

  • Keep brows completely dry for 24 hours
  • Avoid applying makeup or skincare directly over the brows during this time

After 24 hours:

  • Brush your brows into place daily to maintain shape
  • Keep the brow hair hydrated and nourished using your recommended aftercare
  • Avoid harsh skincare (retinol, AHA’s, BHA’s) directly on the brow area to maintain your skin stain

Regular aftercare will keep your brows looking full, fluffy and defined for longer.

Lash Lifts

  • Keep lashes dry for 24 hours
  • Avoid mascara, eye makeup and steam

After 24 hours:

  • Gently brush lashes daily to keep them lifted and separated
  • Use your recommended lash serum/conditioning treatment to maintain lash health and softness

This will help your lift stay glossy, lifted and healthy throughout its cycle.

First 24 Hours (Essential)

For all brow and lash services, please avoid:

  • Water, steam, sweat or humidity
  • Makeup on the treated area
  • Touching, rubbing or sleeping directly on the area

This allows the treatment to properly set and ensures your results last as long as possible.

Long-Term Care

  • Avoid overexposure to heavy creams or harsh products on the treated area
  • Be gentle when cleansing your face and removing makeup
  • Consistent aftercare = longer lasting, better results ✨
